This is suppose to look like freesia because one's old fondness for the plant. This is when you might expect to see the original image which was long ago discarded. This is where one finds further amusement in what guesses may be ventured on the nature of that image while one procrastinates on making a list of things to get at the market and if to reward anyone who might make a freakishly good guess at it in accordance with a different list on a different site at a different time.
