This one is based on a fabric pattern design by Frank Lloyd Wright that has always fascinated me. I just distressed it, played with the colors (a lot!), cut it up into pieces and rearranged them, leaving a couple of empty spots to drop a bit of a line pattern in. I wanted to create the feeling of a sort of flexible metallic or "gilded" texture.
