The lady's face is Catherine Zeta Jones, with some color/texture stuff overlaid; the collar ruff is from an old portrait painting, and on top of her head and on her "dress" are pieces of a wrought iron railing. The base underlying image, though you can barely see any of it, is this statue. This makes more sense if you look at this early version of the collage. The font for the "Age" text is called "Anglican".
